About Emma

I have been working in the cruise industry for the past 20 years and have focused on luxury cruise in particular for 12 years.

I started off my travel career as an apprentice at Thomas Cook and immediately fell in love with the industry. A few years later I met James Cole and have worked with him ever since. My passion is sales, and I love nothing more than creating experiences which are really unique. I have also worked in other areas of the business which I found really interesting; I worked in Events for a while which was wonderful as it meant that I was able to work more closely with cruise lines.

Throughout my years in the industry, I have been able to travel to some amazing destinations and experience some fabulous itineraries and ships, including river cruises, expedition, yacht and ocean – so I have it all covered!

Working at Panache Cruises

Panache really gives me the ability to work one on one with my customers. I have the time to focus on their individual wants and needs, which helps to build rapport. I’ve worked in this way for 12 years now which has enabled me to build long-lasting relationships with my clients; some I now consider friends.

Expert Knowledge

With years of experience within the cruise industry behind me, I can confidently say I am an all-round luxury cruise expert.

Favourite Destination

I absolutely love Greece! I just think it offers something for everyone and each of the islands has a slightly different feel. My favourite Greek Island has to be Corfu, which is handy as many cruises dock there. Oh and of course, I love the food too!

180 Degrees from Ordinary

At the end of September I was lucky enough to spend 10 amazing days with Windstar on board their Star Class ship, Star Legend, sailing from Lisbon to Barcelona. This was the first time I’d stepped on board a cruise ship of any kind since November 2019, so I was incredibly excited, but also curious as to how it would all look on board post-pandemic.

Hidden Gems in the Caribbean

For many people, when they think of a luxury cruise, their mind immediately jumps to 'Caribbean'. Sailing the Adriatic on Crystal Esprit

A few years ago I sailed from Athens to Dubrovnik on board the gorgeous Crystal Cruises yacht, Crystal Esprit, and at every step of the journey I was met with exceptional service, incredible food (which is a must for me) and a warm, relaxed atmosphere.

The check-in process was effortless as it’s done in your suite, where you get to meet your butler and I was very impressed to find I also had two dedicated cabin stewardesses too! Hosting just 62 guests on board, the crew are a huge part of the experience and by the end of the week, it felt almost like leaving friends behind.

Cruising has always paired well with my love of different foods as it allows me to try authentic dishes from around the world. I’m always that annoying person taking too many food photos!
