The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection Announces Partnership with Ginori 1735

So, you hold the crown for one of the most luxurious experiences at sea. Your vessels are the stuff of the dreams, your hospitality unparalleled—where do you go from there?

Well, if you’re The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, you collaborate with the Italian-made porcelain company du jour, Ginori 1735.

With everyone from Sofia Coppola to Jake Gyllenhaal counting themselves fans, Ginori’s candy-hued palettes and mythology-infused designs have taken the world by storm—and now they’re coming to Ritz-Carlton’s Evrima as part of a joint venture dubbed ‘The Ginori Terrace’.

Designed to celebrate the art of viaggio (the Italian word for ‘travel’ or ‘journey’), the collaboration marries Ritz-Carlton’s understated elegance with high-quality Italian craftsmanship refined over centuries, in what can only be described as a match made in heaven.

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection continues to evolve how luxury is experienced at sea through thoughtful service, craftsmanship and a spirit of innovation,” said Gaby Aiguesvives, Chief Marketing Officer of The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection. “Ginori 1735’s heritage and approach to elevating everyday rituals make it a natural partner as we continue to reimagine the guest experience. Ginori Terrace brings this vision to life on board Evrima, where craftsmanship, colour and design enhance each moment of the voyage and beauty becomes part of the everyday journeys”.

The takeover will extend across three of Evrima’s interconnecting outdoor spaces, a reimagining which evokes the vivid colourways of Ginori’s Il Viaggio di Nettuno collection, the brainchild of English designer Luke Edward Hall. Each area will boast a signature colour scheme and pattern, each designed to complement the layout, landscape and lighting found there.

The journey begins at The Pool House on Deck 5, all-day dining venue where guests can enjoy everything from light salads to tostadas to seafood fresh off the grill, whilst sunlight dances off the glittering swimming pool below. As part of Ginori Terrace, The Pool House has been styled in shades of blue, lounge chairs bedecked in cornflower and teal stripes, creating a seamless vista of sky, ship and sea.

Venture a little higher to Deck 8 and you’ll discover that Mediterranean dining hotspot, Mistral, has been transformed. Now, guests can tuck into their grilled swordfish and moussaka off Il Viaggio di Nettuno porcelain, whilst ensconced in shades of tangerine and coral. The palette is inspired by Ginori’s Mandarino range and will fan out across everything from textiles to crockery to glassware (filled with an on-theme Italian cocktails, naturally). Of course, if the thought of returning home and eating off your regular old plates and bowls fills you with dismay, you can always bring the experience back with you by purchasing the Ginori collection at the onboard Boutique.

Last but certainly not least is the Marina, which has been given the full Ginori treatment with the amber and saffron-hued Zafferano palette, making every dip in the ocean feel like a sun-drenched escapade.

“We are pleased to collaborate with The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection on a project that embodies our shared commitment to excellence in hospitality. At Ginori 1735, we view luxury hospitality as a natural extension of our craftsmanship, where design enhances the experience of travel and gathering. Il Viaggio di Nettuno expresses this vision, bringing a narrative inspired by the sea and discovery into a refined onboard setting,” said Mehdi Benabadji, Chief Executive Officer of Ginori 1735.

This innovative partnership marks the next phase in Ritz-Carlton’s mission to create all-encompassing, enriching travel experiences, to help discerning travellers forge lifeling memories and to nurture connections between guests and the world around them, without every sacrificing an ounce of luxury.
