Seabourn Announces 2028/29 Caribbean Season

When it comes to getting winter sun in the diary, there’s no such thing as ‘too early’. Anyone looking to get ahead is in luck, as Seabourn have just opened bookings for their 2028/2029 Caribbean season. 

Beginning on December 28, 2028, and wrapping up March 29, 2029, the season comprises 10 itineraries sailing on either Seabourn Ovation (between Bridgetown, Barbados and Philipsburg) or Seabourn Quest (Miami roundtrips). The itineraries span between seven and twelve days, and call at a total of 21 ports in 20 different countries and island territories. In true Seabourn style, the ports blend sought-after destinations with off-the-beaten track gems and secluded islets, including Bequia, Little Bay and St Barts, where only one ship is permitted to dock each day. Guests will enjoy plenty of extended stays and late departures, maximising their time in each port.

Guests who eagerly anticipate Seabourn’s signature events will be delighted to find them here, notably the famous ‘Caviar in The Surf’, where guests visiting St Kitts can revel in champagne and caviar delivered via surfboard.

Those sailing aboard Seabourn Quest are in for a real treat, as she will recently have left drydock, following one of the most extensive makeovers in the line’s history, during which dining venues, wellness facilities, suites and public spaces will all be enhanced in line with modern cruising standards.

Each voyage will feature the perfect mix of natural beauty, history, culture and UNESCO World Heritage Site visits. Highlights include:

-              Antigua – Begin with a historical deep-dive, visiting Nelson’s Dockyard, a.k.a. the world's only remaining Georgian naval dockyard. Later on, enjoy breathtaking views at Shirley Heights.

-              St Kitts – The most incredible examples of military architecture can be found here, at Brimstone Hill Fortress National Park. You’ll also get to stop at Romney Manor and Caribelle Batik.

-              St Lucia – Marvel at the iconic twin volcanic peaks – the Pitons – before venturing to the Sulphur Springs at Soufrière.

-              Barbados – Bask in paradise on earth, but don’t forget to soak up some history in Bridgetown and The Garrison.

-              Curaçao – Hop aboard a historic trolley train for a tour around the vibrant Punda and Otrobanda districts.
