Keep reading for a day-by-day deep dive into this unforgettable journey…
DAY 1
Arrive in Anchorage – Alaska’s largest city – and head downtown, where the iconic Captain Cook Hotel awaits. You’ll have had a long journey, so there’s nothing huge on the agenda for day one—just getting settled in your room, meeting your Tour Escort and enjoying dinner with your fellow travellers.
DAY 2
No boring morning commutes here: instead, look forward to a six-hour adventure through the jaw-dropping vistas of Denali National Park aboard a domed railcar. You’ll wind up at the Holland America Line Denali Lodge, where you’ll spend two days soaking up luxurious suite accommodations and enjoying dinner at either Karstens Public House or King Sallmon Restaurant.
DAY 3
You’ll need a hearty breakfast before setting out for your 8-hour Tundra Wilderness Tour, exploring the hidden corners of Denali National Park in a park vehicle before heading back to the Lodge for dinner.

DAY 4
It’s time to wave goodbye to the Lodge and set off for the charming pioneer town of Talkeetna. On the way, call at the Dog Gone It Husky Experience for a behind-the-curtain glimpse at how these incredible dogs are raised and trained before tucking into authentic local cuisine at the Denali Brew Co. Brewpub. Once in Talkeetna, you can either spend the evening relaxing at the hotel or else get out and soak up the relaxed, artsy atmosphere of the town’s riverfront.

DAY 5
This morning, you’ll hop aboard a motorcoach to the Alyeska Lodge, where you’ll enjoy a two-night say and complimentary access to their tranquil Nordic Spa. Before arriving, however, you’ll be treated to a true bucket-list experience with an awe-inspiring flightseeing excursion, allowing you to explore the region’s unique topography from the skies.
DAY 6
Today, much of the day is yours to spend at you wish, either wandering the local landscapes, indulging in spa treatments, or simply enjoying a quiet morning in your room. In the afternoon, it’s up-close wildlife encounters at the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Centre, before heading up Mt Alyeska for dinner at the 7 Glaciers Restaurant—2,300 feet above sea level.
DAY 7
Return to Anchorage, ready for your flight to Juneau, where your ship is waiting for you. Once in Juneau, you’ll check into the stunning Four Points Sheraton, where you can get ready for an exclusive Seabourn Farewell Dinner at the iconic Tracy’s Crab Shack.
DAY 8
Happy embarkation day! Have breakfast at the hotel, before transferring to the stunning Seabourn Encore for the start of your cruise.
