There’s never been a better time to be a devoted luxury-cruise enthusiast, as Explora Journeys finally announced their highly anticipated loyalty programme - Explora Club - last week. With exclusive benefits every step of the way, Explora Club is the perfect way to honour and celebrate the line’s dedicated guests, and their commitment to unparalleled luxury voyaging.
“With nearly a quarter of returning guests already and net promoter scores consistently higher than 80, it was time to do something for loyal customers,” Explora Journeys’ North American President, Chris Austin said.
What is Explora Club?
Explora Club membership extends across a straightforward, five-tier structure – Classic, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond – with each level unveiling a unique set of rewards. Members will ascend the ladder with each voyage; the more journeys taken, the more privileges unlocked, each meticulously curated to enhance time on board and ashore.
Additional points can be earned through purchasing pre-journey Destination Experiences, as well as through eligible onboard spending, including purchases at The Journey boutique, exclusive dining events and beverages, and Ocean Wellness experiences. One hundred points are awarded per €/$1000 spend.
Excitingly, Explora Club’s status match means that guests holding loyalty points from other luxury cruise programmes do not have to start from the bottom. Any held loyalty will be honoured, and guests will be welcomed into Explora Club with equivalent level recognition from their very first journey.

Onwards and Upwards
Truly a cruise line of the modern age, Explora Journeys already has their sights set on reimagining ocean travel for a new generation of cruisers. Their collection currently comprises of two ships – EXPLORA I and EXPLORA II, with four more luxury ships expected to join the fleet between 2026 and 2028. EXPLORA III is scheduled to be floated out at Fincantieri’s Sestri Ponente yard on July 16 2026, before entering service in August 2026.
